You've likely fought with the OE style rotating latches. This design uses heavy duty pull pin style latches which not only are much stronger but have a much more ergonomic operation.
This is also a solution for not being able to latch your Tailgate using the Bestop Super-Top back window!!
Each kit includes a pair of latches, strikers, and hardware needed to install.
These bolt into the factory studs on your spare tire swing out for CJ-7s and over the OE tube brackets on CJ-8s. Don't have a swing out? Just bolt them in using the existing holes in the tub.
These kits have changed slightly each run now being both CNC Laser cut and bent providing a consistent fit for every part you get.
All kits come Powder Coated in a black finish, so they are ready to go when they arrive at your door!
